Connor is a graduate student pursuing magazine success in the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. A native of Cleveland, he also freelances for Rowing Magazine and is a copy editing intern for Bleacher Report. Connor received his undergraduate degree in journalism from Marietta College in Ohio. Issues of hunger, poverty and health, both globally and locally, are important to Connor, who for the last 9 years has been involved in a number of initiatives to combat these problems. In writing for the Northwestern University Global Health Portal, he hopes to share news about these issues, the stories of the people behind them and the importance of community involvement.
